New blogs for National Poetry Month

I can't help it! Every day is Poetry Day for me, so I've started off National Poetry Month early at YourHub.com, in my blog there.

I have started posting poetry prompts in my Monday entries. I will continue to do so every Monday in April. Please check out my Poetry Poker game and poetry prompt, ready for your amusement now!

I also have posted some pictures of the new Denver Poet Laureate. Along with those pictures, you can also find a link to an April Fool's Day poem and more on my blog from Friday.

Thanks for the read!

A fun challenge for y'all

Hey there! In addition to asking that you check out my blog every Monday in April for a different poetry prompt, I'm asking that you scope out this fun challenge I cooked up at YourHub.com. Can you tell what my scarf says?

Thanks for the read!

Roses are red, good poems are true

I'm really thrilled I got write another first person column at work! I wrote about my own understanding of poetry and I am asking for other people to post their poems at YourHub.com.

There's also a picture of some of my poetry on the column, for those of you who are curious...

Please share my column with everyone who is interested in poetry. It also tells how I'll be posting a poetry prompt every Monday in April at my blog at YourHub.com.

Learning to ski and stepping into high school

This Saturday I am going to ski for the very first time! YES!

Please read this to find out why that's so important to me.

You'll also hear about a couple of other things I have been wanting to do for a long time. Getting to try out a cheesecake recipe invented by my good friend is also on that list.

Today in my duties at YourHub.com, I found a blog entry from one of the bloggers in Parker that I think a lot of people will enjoy reading. I invite you to read blog about her son entering high school.

Thanks for the read.
